“I am incredibly humbled to have this wonderful opportunity to lead Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana,” said Tucker. “I look forward to working with the girls in this community as they become successful leaders.”

Tucker succeeds Ed Staats, a retired journalist and former council board member, who served as interim CEO since January.

I am impressed with Mr. Staats. I think he has filled a need and both he and the Girl Scouts will benefit.
I am curious why is the Kentucky Girlscouts part of Indiana–What do these two states have in common that would these girls identify with as home ground? I personally do not see any connection as to why these girls from two different states would be have anything in common–Especially when both states are so different. Why would my daughter who lives in Munfordville want to be part of an Indiana organziation? Do these girlscout cookies I purchased this week go to Kentucky GS or Indiana? This really needs to be changed–Never have I heard of this. Thanks. Mrs. Andrew Preston
It was so great to be able to meet Ms. Tucker at the recent Fall Forum in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I learned a lot. She did a good job communicating with everyone and also helped the group feel comfortable. Many people shared their concerns and ideas. I especially liked the way she treated everyone as important and having worthwhile opinions. It was a great meeting.
